free of defect. We use only fresh premium gourmet coffee beans and
roast each order just before shipping to ensure a quality product.
If your order arrives defective, contact us immediately at
360-698-0618 or email to [email protected]. To receive a refund or
replacement, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your
order. Buyer pays return shipping unless product was received
defective.
Custom roast profile and custom blend requests are accepted on a
non-refundable basis with a 10 LB minimum order of the custom
coffee.
