If your order arrives defective, contact us immediately at 360-698-0618 or email to info@zecuppa.com. To receive a refund or replacement, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays return shipping unless product was received defective.
Custom roast profile and custom blend requests are accepted on a non-refundable basis with a 10 LB minimum order of the custom coffee.
